Fault analysis: this fault is 5V charging Related circuit Short circuit.
Maintenance process:
After checking the drawings, it was found that there were only two Capacitor and one power supply on the 5V Related circuit. After dismantling the machine,Current heating test was carried out. It was found that PCB layer high temperature was not high temperature.

For this PCB layer Short circuit, we can only separate the chip bottom pin with Solder Mask, and fly a thick wire directly to charging connector BTB connector 5V pin.In order to make the circuit less circuitous, you can pad a waste IC on the top of the original chip to stand up the circuit. Pay attention to the thick wire, because the thin wire is easy to burn.
