Dismantling the machine, it was found that a little water was put into the standby place of 3V, and it was powered on after it was cleaned. There was 5V without 3V, and the LDO of 3V was only 0.5V, and the resistance of the latter stage was normal without short circuit. After disconnecting the test point of LDO3, LDO3 can output 3.3V V.
