Disassemble the machine and measure 3V3 short circuit; BIOS 8P 3.3 short circuit; 0 v short circuit, basically determine the CPU problem, go to BGA repair table, and remove the CPU. Weld new CPU. Go to BGA repair table and remove CPU. Welding new CPU
