Malfunction: Only 3G mobile phone no serviecs is plugged into Unicom card.
Maintenance process:
I received a customer’s iPhone XS mobile phone. The fault is that the Unicom card only has 3G signals. When I tried to plug in other operators’ cards, I found that it was no serviecs directly, both mobile and telecom were no serviecs, and Unicom only had 3G signals. None of these three major operators could do it.

Generally, the RF chip is damaged. Because the RF chip is under the card slot, the card slot needs to be removed first. This card slot is not easy to remove, so it needs to be removed together with SMD REWORK STATION by a heating plaorm. After removal, replace the RF chip, and then put it back into the card slot for installation test and troubleshooting.
