Maintenance process:
Received iPhone XR, mobile phone no booting, tried to charge and found that there was no current, and judged that it was the motherboard problem.
Dismantle the motherboard, the first end and the second end Diode value is normal, and eliminate the Capacitor Short circuit problem.
high temperature(short-circuit current) comes from the bottom of shielding cover on the back, pry it open, and according to the component drawing, it is found that Face ID driver chip short-circuit current, which is essentially an PMU.

Take it off quickly, otherwise the Apple A12 CPU on the back will explode, and it is found that it is no longer short-circuit current, and the screen will be turned on normally.
Remove the original Solder(217℃)of the power chip, plant a new Solder(183℃), and install the chip.Connect the power supply is not Short circuit, and the test is normal.
