[Maintenance process] The customer said that this mobile phone fell to the ground when going out to play, and didn’t check it carefully when picking it up, because there was no abnormality in the touch at that time, so I didn’t care. As a result, when I wanted to take pictures, I found that the camera was particularly stuck when it was turned on, so I checked it carefully and found that all the sounds were gone.

After getting the mobile phone, the boot test found that it was useless to turn the volume up to the maximum, and there was no sound at all when playing. After testing the recording, I found that no sound was recorded.

Check the motherboard, speaker and receiver before disassembling the mobile phone, and there is no obvious damage. So put the motherboard into a good assembly test and find that the fault is still there, indicating that the fault is on the motherboard.

The main board is layered, and the measured peripheral capacitance of large audio and small audio is normal to the ground. There is no high probability that the large audio can’t work normally, so the large audio is removed, and no pad drops are found, so a large audio is directly removed from the material board.

Tested with Xinzhi test stand, the recording function is normal, the receiver is normal and the camera is not stuck. Stick the motherboard, install and test it, the touch is normal, the signal is normal, the speaker is back to normal, the network is normal, the fault is repaired, and the maintenance is over.
