It is abnormal to measure the low secondary value of 3.3V power supply inductance to the ground with a multimeter. According to experience, it is judged that the PD chip CYPD4225 is damaged, and the ground value of 3V inductance is normal after removing the chip. Take a good chip and install it, prepare to burn the PD chip program, open the burning software and load the HEX file.
