It is found that the charging current is only 0.4A when the ammeter is plugged into the machine for charging, which is definitely not normal, and the current disappears when it is charged, and it jumps cyclically, and there is current for a while and no current for a while. Disassemble the machine, take out the motherboard, plug in the tail plug and measure the tail plug 5V. It is found that the tail plug 5V also jumps with the current, but it doesn’t for a while. From the point diagram, it can be seen that the power from the tail plug 5V is sent to the charging IC after passing through an electronic switch tube, and then the charging IC generates the main power supply and charges the battery.

Measuring the switching tube 5V is also normal. Considering that the mobile phone has fallen, let’s try to short-circuit the switching tube first. After short-circuiting the switching tube, the fault remains the same. Then give priority to whether there is virtual welding of the charging inductor, remove the charging inductor and find a new one with the same inductance.

At this time, plug in the charger to charge, and the voltage and current become 9v1.4a.. Put the mobile phone aside for charging test, and charged 15% of the electricity in 10 minutes.
