After the series 1.8V and the core VCC come out, PG signals will be sent out, and pexvdd VCC will come out.The results show that the chip up1728 and 3.3V VCC of pexvdd are normal, and there is no en VCC.PG signals of 1.8V and core VCC are also out.
There is no way but multimeter to measure, two PG signals are to a pentagonal IC above.Screen printing CE found chip model sn74lv1t08dckr on a certain treasure.Angle 1 and angle 2 are high potential, and the fourth angle will output high potential. I also measured that angle 4 is just connected to the en angle of up1728.I don’t have this IC on hand.
