Maintenance process: After getting the machine, the customer said that the startup fan is always running, with reset and clock, but the machine does not light up.

I wanted to brush the BIOS to see, because I saw in advance that the next to the lower left IO was repaired by others, and a capacitor and resistance were gone. I thought I’d better open a treasure to see the bitmap price. I decided to give up more than 50 yuan and couldn’t afford it. After measuring this lump of tin, all the places were connected. After thinking about it, my hands itched to get rid of that lump of tin, but it didn’t trigger.

After thinking about it, I still dried the tin, but it could be triggered, and the machine could light up. I still didn’t understand whether it was not well contacted. As a result, I continued to dry the tin. After measuring the resistance of the solder joint, I found that there was a 2.5V voltage at this place, which led to no trigger. When the tin was dried here, the 2.5V voltage could be turned into 0V, which could be triggered, and the machine could also light up. This was repaired, but I didn’t understand it very much.
