Malfunction: No CPU VCC

Maintenance process: the customer described that the CPU was stuck, and he took down the BIOS and switched it. Then it didn’t work, and PAD was gone.

Generally, there is no CPU VCC. This new board, basically, won’t be a chip problem. It should be an accessory small circuit problem. First, check VCCIO ,VCCSA and so on. There is something wrong with the first one, but VCCIO does not. VCCIO is VCC in the form of operational amplifier plus MOSFET(the 7 pin of DCU1 is EN, and 6 pin is the reference).

Check the accessory circuit belonging to VCCIO, VCCIO-EN is not generated, and the other end of the resistor is 0 to the ground. According to Boardview, it is found that it comes from IO.

After the Capacitor next to the IO, let’s take it down first. Once it’s taken down, the problem of this motherboard is finished. BIOS The first BIOS is in good condition, and there is no problem. Three PAD’ s have been dropped from the second BIOS. Prepare Jump wire, and the maintenance is over.
