Maintenance process: Three machines were brought from the opposite Internet cafe, all of which were 9400F+V star 1660 video cards equipped with Gigabyte GA-H310M-D2VX SI R2.0. The symptoms were the same. The fan could turn for 2-3 seconds after plugging in the power supply point switch, and then it could start again after pressing. The power supply could not be lost without plugging in the 8PIN CPU.
The search forum did not know why there was no such information, only a pin map of CPU power supply chip 95866 and a screenshot of IO it8686e. The 12V and 5V voltages measured were all 2V, which was no problem. Finally, it is measured that all the polarities of the same triode have no resistance value, so it is good to replace them.
