ASUS s5300f notebook is not powered on for repair

Malfunction: Notebook no booting

Maintenance process:

Asus S5300F notebook, self-disassembling led to notebook no booting. Dismantle the machine, power on large current, remove the back cover and find that the battery interface has been removed and flown out.
Visually, there is no water damage corrode on the main board. Remove the main board to test the common points Short circuit and Current heating test, burn out PQ8902, 5678 pin bits of power interface, and burn out three Capacitor bits in 1V, and deduct the Short circuit bits.

I can’t get in when I power on 19V. I also measured that 5678 pin of PQ8909 doesn’t have VCC, and the P tube is broken. Replace the P tube, power on switch automatically, but not Short circuit. Repair the battery interface, and open the drawing to find the power interface WTOB_CON_8P.

Cover 123678 pin with heat-resistant adhesive tape and black adhesive tape, connect BAT-CON together, and check the point. 4 pin is disconnected from 5 pin, and there is a resistor PR6002 and PR6001 in front of the point.

Jump wire is connected to the resistor, and then Connect the power supply pool line is turned on. After switch enters the system automatically, the battery is charged normally.
