[Maintenance process] I received a Microsoft machine 1769. According to the customer’s description, the computer has been stuck on the Microsoft icon, and it can’t get into the desktop. It’s the same after several restarts. There is really no way out, so I brought it to us for maintenance.

Press the power button directly after you get the machine, and it is exactly the same as the customer described. When you start the machine, you are stuck in the logo interface for a long time and can’t get into the system. According to past experience, many problems will lead to the possibility of card logo-CPU, graphics card, hard disk and BIOS. Let’s first eliminate the problems one by one from easy to difficult.

During the boot test, the master found that pressing F6 can enter the BIOS setting, and the BIOS setting operation is normal, which is enough to prove that the CPU or BIOS should be fine. At this time, we can remove the motherboard to check whether there is any problem near the hard disk, and remove the motherboard and measure it with a multimeter. Sure enough, it is found that the power supply of the hard disk is low. Because Microsoft’s hard disk is integrated on the motherboard like Apple, So we removed the hard disk directly and measured it again. Sure enough, the resistance value returned to normal after removing the hard disk. We directly picked a good hard disk and mounted it on the motherboard, and then went to the computer for testing. No unexpected problems have been solved. After replacing the hard disk, we directly turned it on to the lock screen interface, and the maintenance ended.
