Maintenance process: the reset light of the main board flashes and does not run out of code repair. First,VCC has memory, bridge and bus. The CPU VCC is a bit strange. If the CPU does not last the frame, there is a 1.0V or so VCC, and the CPU is only 0.28V. It seems that the problem is still obvious. There is a problem with the CPU VCC.

The PWM chip of CPU VCC is isl6312crz. Open the Xinzhizao Soft drawing and check that 36 pin en has 2.45v and 37 pin VR_RDY also has 1.2V, which is a bit strange. Obviously, the CPU VCC is not correct, but VR_The RDY signal is normal.

Check other working conditions, VCC boot, PVCC are normal, vid also has high and low level, so far only change 6312 chip.But before changing the chip, I just have the same good motherboard in my hand.
