Maintenance process:
An ASUS PRIME B250-Plus motherboard, the fault is that auto power off is powered on for one second, but switch can be restarted without restarting. The CPU VCC is unplugged without auto power off. It is preliminarily judged that the CPU lacks relevant signals.
Upon detection, it is found that there is no VCC in S_VCCST_PWRGD, and the generation conditions of S_VCCST_PWRGD show that VCCST VCC is not generated.

PQ3004 should normally be off but it is on. It is suspected that PQ3004 is damaged or PQ3002 G and D poles are broken down.
Replace PQ3004 first.
