Fault phenomenon: Front Camera does not work, distance sensing cannot be used

Fault analysis: the two faults are concentrated on Front Camera FPC. It is likely that FPC is damaged. First remove Accessories and then consider the motherboard problem.
Maintenance process: remove the screen assembly and replace it with a good one. It still can’t open Front Camera, and the distance sensor can’t be used. It seems that it’s not caused by Accessories.

Take apart the machine, measure j1111 Front Camera BTB connector to the ground diode value, and find that several pin bits are OverLoad. Poke the relevant Inductor with a probe, and all of them are loose. It seems that it is a small piece of Inveracious Soldering.

Remove the motherboard, put it under the microscope to observe, see that there have been maintenance touch before.

The back of the auxiliary touch chip u2402 is Front Camera BTB connector j1111. The small parts beside BTB connector are all coated with black glue. If the temperature of the auxiliary touch chip is not controlled well, it is very likely to blow Inveracious Soldering on the back of the chip. SMD REWORK STATION was heated and the black glue beside j1111 BTB connector was removed. It was found that a large area of Inveracious Soldering was found, and all loose small parts were picked out.

Compare with schematic, put the corresponding Fuse, Inductor, Fuse resistor short-circuit.

Maintenance results: after the installation test, the distance sensing of telephone calls returned to normal, the front camera returned to normal, and the maintenance ended.

This fault is caused by the touch temperature of peer maintenance is not well controlled, and the small piece with black glue on the back is blown Inveracious Soldering.
