ASUS b85-pro mainboard does not start up and restarts repeatedly for repair

Main board model: ASUS B85-PRO GAMER REV 1.01

Symptoms: motherboard no booting

Maintenance process:

An ASUS B85-PRO faulty motherboard, the fault is that Restart repeatedly is required for power-on.

VCC,CPU1.7V, memory 1.5V,VTT0.75V,VCC 0V bridge.

Check Boardview and measure 4 pin 5V, 3 pin 3.3V and Inductor V.

1.05V,PU3001, 5th pin,short-circuit were found on the main board, but they didn’t restart but didn’t light up. It was found that VCC was pulled down to 0.25V, and Inductor was tilted up for further measurement, but it was still pulled down, and there was no Inductor in the next stage of Inductor. A 1.5V is connected to the 4th pin of PU3001. Measure VCC again. It is not pulled down or restarted.
