First, the power supply resistance of the screen accessories is basically normal, and then the resistance on the bridge is measured to supply power, and it is found that the resistance in the upper left corner is 5.

One of the two inductors in the lower right corner is powered by 1.8v, and the other is powered by 5V, and the resistance is normal. The resistance of the inductor powered by 3.3v is also normal on the left side of the main board. Since there is an inductor to the bridge with a resistance of 5, it must be basically short-circuited. When the bridge is found to be hot with a 1v burning machine, the bridge is basically locked, and the new bridge is directly ordered to be replaced. This board uses the 11 th generation I5, and the bridge is also a 500 series, so it is more expensive.

After buying a new bridge and replacing it, the measured resistance on the bridge is normal, and the resistance at the place where it was short-circuited before is back to normal. Then, just power on the bridge directly to see the situation. When power on, it is found that the current can be powered on normally, and the uppercase and lowercase keys can be switched later, which means that it can be turned on, but there is no backlight and no display. After looking at the screen, it was disassembled but not replaced at home. When I bought a new screen and replaced it, I found that it still didn’t display. I measured the voltage near the screen and found that there was a backlight of 20v, but the screen was not powered by 3.3v, and it was not turned on. Is it difficult to break the bridge? Because there are no drawings, the screen feet are not aligned, but there is no doubt about the bridge at the first time when it can be turned on, and the resistance of the pentagon turned on by the screen power supply is also normal. Try brushing a BIOS first. After all, you have to brush the BIOS when changing the bridge.

After brushing the BIOS, it can be displayed. After entering the system, the function is normal. When Master Lu ran away, he found that the running score of the graphics card was low. After changing the system disk and driver, the fault remained. He suspected that there was a problem with the graphics card, so he needed to fix the chip and communicate with the customer for maintenance. Because it took a long time to change the bridge and screen, the peers should be in a hurry to make a job, so they did not agree to continue the maintenance. After testing for one day, the function was normal and the baking machine was stable, so we installed the machine and sent it away.
